Please be informed that in order to comprehensively improve services for cardholders and merchants, UnionPay plans to upgrade CUPS, the cross-border transaction system, at 0100 in the morning on November, 29th, 2011. The upgrading process will disrupt cross-border POS and ATM transactions for a short period of 15 minutes. After the upgrading, transactions will return to normal.
