Mexico is the third largest country in Latin America and the largest country in Middle America. Located in the southern part of North America and the northwest end of Latin America, Mexico is an only access to South America and North America, so it is also called the “Bridge on Land”. Mexico is one of the ancient Indian civilization centers on the American Continent. The world-famous Maya culture, Toltec culture and Aztec culture are all created by ancient Indians living in Mexico. The sun pyramid and moon pyramid built north of Mexico City represent the splendid culture of Mexico. Teotihuacan, where the sun pyramid and moon pyramid lie, has been listed by UNESCO as the heritage shared by all mankind. The ancient Indians in Mexico are the first to grow corns. Therefore, Mexico is also known as the “hometown of corns”.
